How do I send a message to someone in the future? ▶

After recording your video, you can schedule it for delivery on a specific date and time, ensuring your message reaches your loved ones exactly when you want.

Is my data and video content secure and private? ▶

Yes, we use industry-standard encryption and security practices to keep your messages and personal information safe. Only the person(s) who receives the video can view it. No one else can access your data.

Can I edit or delete a scheduled message? ▶

Absolutely! You can edit or delete any scheduled message before it is sent.

What happens if I send a video and cancel my subscription? ▶

If the video is in a sent status, we will deliver that video even if you cancel your subscription.

If I sign up today, create a couple videos, and schedule them for delivery in the future, do I need to maintain my subscription in order for the videos to be delivered? ▶

You can cancel your subscription at any time, and the videos will still be delivered as long as they are in a sent status. You will pay the current month's subscription fee, and the videos will be delivered.

Can I choose when and to whom each video is sent? ▶

Yes absolutely. After you create a video, you can choose when and to whom it is sent. You will need an email address for each recipient and the date you want them to receive it.

What happens if I want to update or delete a video? ▶

You can edit or delete a video before it is sent. You can also record a new video and schedule it for delivery.

What makes this different from storing videos on my phone or in the cloud? ▶

Storing videos on your phone or in the cloud does not provide a way to share them with your loved ones in the future. My-EOS provides ease of use and automation to deliver on our promise of delivering the video and a priceless memory.
